Foreqast is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 (1) no. 1 VSBG).

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law, pursuant to Section 7 (1) DDG. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.
