Forecast from your sevdesk books
Your bookkeeping already knows what your business costs. Import it and Foreqast projects it forward, so the next tight month shows up while you can still do something about it.
What is read
Your sevdesk bookings, via the DATEV export
sevdesk writes a DATEV-format export, which Foreqast reads directly. No API key, no connector to maintain — and you decide which period leaves your accounting.
| Field | Direction | When | Range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bookings with amount and direction | Read-only | Per export | Whatever period you export |
| Accounts (SKR03/SKR04) | Read-only | Per export | Whatever period you export |
| VAT keys → VAT rate | Read-only | Per export | Whatever period you export |
| Booking date | Read-only | Per export | Whatever period you export |
| Posting text & document numbers | Read-only | Per export | Whatever period you export |
How the bookings land in your model
Bookings become the baseline, not another report
sevdesk answers what a month cost. The forecast answers what the next twelve will cost if nothing changes — and what happens to them if something does. The import is what connects the two.
The recurring costs are read off your own bookings, so the burn rate is not a guess.
The starting point the driver model projects forward from.
VAT lands on the date it is actually due rather than being buried in a balance.
Each line in its own month, which is how a seasonal dip becomes visible in advance.

FAQ
sevdesk questions, answered
Is there a direct sevdesk connection?
Not today. The DATEV-format export works now and needs no setup; a direct connection is on the roadmap.
Which chart of accounts is supported?
SKR03 and SKR04. How each account is categorised stays editable afterwards.
Can I import several months at once?
Yes. Export the range you want — the import handles a full year in one file.
What happens to a booking I import twice?
It is recognised rather than duplicated, so re-importing an overlapping period is safe.
