Every number you run your shop on, in one table — the past and the forecast ahead. Plus a simulator to test your decisions against it before you commit.
You've figured out that your bank balance doesn't reflect your financial situation.
The numbers exist. They just sit in a supplier email, a Shopify report and your accountant's file — and none of them tells you where your shop will be in three months.
Most of your net worth sits in your inventory.
Your true net worth isn't sitting in your bank balance — it has to include what the stock in your warehouse is currently worth.
Bank balance €84,000€101,000 of stock uncounted
You never see how much profit you actually make.
Stock purchases, revenue, shipping invoices, taxes — every variable cost and every bit of revenue lands on a different date. That makes it hard to tell whether a sale earns you anything in the end.

You hope you have cash for the next tax payment.
You keep the large future transfers in your head and set an estimated amount aside for tax payments, the next restock and everything else.

What's missing isn't another report on numbers that already happened. What's missing is the view forward: a forecast, and a plan.
The solution
All your questions answered in one table — automatically
From your accounting and your shop data, Foreqast builds a model of your shop's money and runs it forward: cash, profit, margin and inventory value. One closed month to check it against, the one you're in — and then the part that matters.

What makes it hard
The challenges of planning a shop — and how Foreqast handles them
Five things make a shop hard to plan. Every one of them is handled in the model above by design — hover a card for the answer.
Revenue has weekly patterns
Your Tuesday isn't your Saturday. Revenue arrives in a weekly shape that a monthly average flattens away.Solution: In Foreqast the forecast is built day by day from your own sales history, so the weekly shape stays in it — and the table still switches to weeks or months whenever you want the overview.
Payouts for orders come delayed
The order is today, the payout is nine days later. What you earned and when you can spend it are never the same date.Solution: In Foreqast your provider's payout schedule and your suppliers' payment terms are part of the model, so every amount sits on the day it really moves.
Restocks need to cover increasing sales
Sell more and the next purchase order gets bigger. The better the month, the larger the bill behind it.Solution: In Foreqast the restock hangs off your revenue forecast as a driver rather than a fixed number: it scales with what you are going to sell, and lands on its due date.
Your inventory is invisible
Stock is never held as money — it only surfaces as the bill when you reorder. But it's an asset you could sell, so it belongs on top of your cash, not missing from it.Solution: In Foreqast your stock is valued day by day and carried right next to cash, so what you are actually worth is one number instead of a guess.
Cash flow or profit — which one do you plan?
Plan only cash and you can be profitable and still run out of money. Plan only profit and you never see whether the month actually earned anything.Solution: In Foreqast one switch above the table reads the same lines as cash or as profit, so you never have to choose: cash tells you when the money moves, profit what the period earned.
Now you have a precise overview. That is the base you need to start making good financial decisions.
The decisions
From the overview to the decision
The forecast shows you where you stand and where you land if you change nothing. You need it the moment you change something: Foreqast doesn't just give you the overview, it backs the decision. Here are four you'll make on it.
Taxes
Is there a tax payment coming that will floor you?
VAT and income taxes build up month by month out of your own forecast.
Every date sits in the cash flow with an amount on it, before it falls due.
You see what's left after the payment — before you plan the restock in front of it.
It takes one guided setup: a handful of questions about how your shop works, and your accounting connected. Foreqast generates the forecast from there — no model to build, no template to fill in. From that point on, every decision you're weighing has a number behind it instead of an instinct.
15 min
Complete the guided setup
Foreqast asks how your shop earns and spends — revenue, restocks, shipping, fees, ads and contracts — and you connect your accounting and your shop. That is the whole setup.
Automatic
Your forecast is generated
Your bookings arrive already categorized, get accrued day by day and roll twelve months forward. The forecast builds itself — and stays current with every sync.
From day one
Start making decisions
The cash curve, the tight weeks and the next dates are there. Test the restock, the ad budget or the price change against them before you commit.
FAQ
The questions shop owners ask
What shop owners want to know before they start — answered briefly. The long version lives in the documentation and the academy.
Still have a question?
The documentation explains every field; the academy walks the whole way from actuals to a finished plan.
No. Foreqast is built on your accounting data — your chart of accounts is already the structure of your plan. You read a forecast in plain language.
Why accounting instead of a bank feed?
Because bookings arrive already assigned to an account. Nothing needs categorizing, and your plan uses the same numbers your accountant does.
Will it work with my shop?
Shopify connects in a couple of clicks, and so do Stripe and your ad platforms. If your shop runs elsewhere, its numbers come in by CSV import with a saved mapping.
How accurate is the forecast?
It's built from your real actuals and drivers and updates on every sync, so it tracks your actual trend instead of a guess.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only ever used to build your own forecast.
Are returns in the forecast?
Yes. The refund rate is its own driver on your revenue row — change it and the forecast recalculates revenue and stock needs immediately.
When does the money actually land?
The plan uses your payment provider's payout schedule and your invoices' payment terms rather than the order date — which is why the cash curve holds, not just revenue.
Can I plan a restock before I order it?
Yes. Restocks sit in the plan with a date and an amount before the order goes out, so you see the cash impact before you commit to the supplier.
Do I have to rebuild the plan every month?
No. Every sync carries actuals and drivers forward; the plan stays the same one and keeps itself current.
